We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days in advance (or as required by law). CourtDelta is a technology platform that allows users to search and monitor publicly available North Carolina court case information and receive notifications about case activity. The Service also provides attorneys with paid opportunities to advertise and receive leads from users who have consented to attorney contact.
The Service obtains data from publicly available sources, primarily the North Carolina Courts portal (nccourts.gov). CourtDelta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the North Carolina Judicial Branch or any court.
You must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must keep your information accurate and current.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
All case information comes from public records on nccourts.gov and other public sources. We do not create, alter, or verify the underlying court data. The official NC Courts portal is the sole authoritative source.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data may be delayed or incorrect.
YOU MUST ALWAYS VERIFY ALL INFORMATION DIRECTLY ON NCCOURTS.GOV BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTION.
Do not rely on CourtDelta for legal decisions, deadlines, or actions. The Service is for informational purposes only.
We use reasonable efforts to deliver notifications, but we do not guarantee delivery or timeliness. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and ensuring our messages are not blocked.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Pricing and features are presented at signup.
We comply with North Carolina automatic renewal requirements (G.S. § 75-41). You may cancel anytime via your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the old rate until renewal.
CourtDelta and its licensors own all rights in the Service. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use it as permitted. You grant us a royalty-free license to use content you upload solely to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
NO LEGAL ADVICE: CourtDelta is strictly an informational platform. It does not provide legal advice, legal services, or attorney representation. Nothing on the Service creates an attorney-client relationship with CourtDelta. Always consult a licensed attorney for legal matters.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourtDelta, its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of court data.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or your account at any time for violation of these Terms or other good cause.
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
CourtDelta provides paid advertising and lead generation opportunities for licensed North Carolina attorneys. Users who look up cases may be presented with advertising from participating attorneys and may consent to have their contact information shared.
By checking the consent box and submitting your information, you voluntarily opt in and consent to CourtDelta sharing your name, contact details, and basic case information with one or more licensed North Carolina attorneys who have paid for advertising or lead opportunities on the platform. These attorneys (or their staff) may contact you directly about potential representation.
Important Disclosures:
