About Sponsored Attorneys
From time to time you may see a sponsored attorney listing in your Court Delta emails or on a case summary page. Sponsored listings are labeled “Sponsored” so you always know when an attorney is paying to be shown to you.
How it works
- Sponsored attorneys pay Court Delta to appear next to court information for the North Carolina county they serve. Only one attorney is shown per county at a time.
- A sponsored listing is an advertisement — not a recommendation, referral, or endorsement by Court Delta. It does not mean the attorney is the best or only choice for your matter.
- You are never obligated to contact a sponsored attorney. You can use any attorney you choose, or no attorney at all.
- Court Delta does not share your personal information with sponsored attorneys unless you choose to contact them.
Not legal advice
Sponsored attorney listings are advertising. Nothing in a sponsored listing — or anywhere else in Court Delta — is legal advice. Court rules, deadlines, and outcomes depend on the specific facts of your case. Talk to a licensed North Carolina attorney before relying on anything you see here.
