## What you can do
- **Look up a case or citation** by NC case number (e.g. `26CV001234-012`) or citation number.
- **Get alerts** (email/SMS) when a hearing date, case status, or court activity changes.
- **Traffic citations:** see whether your offense can be resolved **without a court appearance** (per the NC AOC statewide waiver/mandatory schedules) and, where offered, a link to NC's **Guide & File** online dismissal / speeding-reduction request.
